October 2014

This month, we are in the ordinary time that comes before the push towards Christmas!  We love to do our favorite songs, but we also love to do songs that are new and easy to do!  This month, we have a new song, written by Matt Maher, called "Because He Lives".  Matt loves to take old songs and turn them into new relevancy - the same message, but tuned to younger listeners!

Our October service is in the 4th week, October 26, 2014, at 11:15am.

We will not have Mark or Maureen, who will be away that weekend, but are anticipating Katie Hake again!

We will need to practice once before the weekend, as it would not be fair for us to expect to sing this well without at least one practice before the day!  It will be either Thursday, October 16, or on the 23rd after the adult practice.  Look at the lineup for that weekend - all great and powerful music!
