Hi to all of the CHORALEES!
As of mid-2016, we have moved all of our communication to the STV CHORALE Facebook site, which is at STV CHORALE Facebook Page.

Thanks to Google Blogger, who really housed our group's communication for many years!

May 2016

This month, we sing on Pentecost, Sunday, May 15, 2016, at 11:15am.

We will be singing a favorite song, "There's A Sweet, Sweet Spirit", which is so nice for Pentecost.  We continue to pray for the Holy Spirit's touch on Marcy, as she continues her treatment.
I am sure we all have the music, but since the adult choir is singing the same song, no extra sheet music is needed.

We will practice it the Thursday before, May 12, at the adult practice.

Summer 2015

The Chorale had a great summer, but it was a summer of transitions.   John and Kathy Trautschold, who had been an amazing foundation for the Chorale since 2009, moved away to Arizona.   Also, Katie Hake and Peter Kawiecki both left for Dayton college.   We did welcome Amy Whitcomb back full time as her new job is local!

In June, we sang the song, "Still", by Reuben Morgan.  Kathy was the main cantor for the service.

In July, we welcomed Francine Gomes back as a visitor, with John as the main cantor, as we sang, "Lord, I Need You", by Matt Maher.

In August, we sang the song, "Hosanna", by Brooke Fraser of Hillsong United, with Amy Whitcomb leading.   It was the first service without our 4 members above.

In September, we welcomed Cindy Hajost from the choir as the lead singer, and we sang one of our favorites, "Amazed", by Jared Anderson.

In October, Maureen, Ann and Amy all did the song, "Carry You", by Amy Grant.  Suzie Walczynski joined us and we had Paul and Carol lead the service.

Such a joy to be part of such an inspiring ministry!  Love to all of you,

Bruce
